We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Supervisor in Bahrain . Our client is seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in KRAH pipe production and manufacturing supervision . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supervising KRAH pipe production operations. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day KRAH pipe production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Monitor production processes to achieve planned output, quality, and efficiency targets.
Coordinate machine setup, production scheduling, material availability, and workforce deployment.
Monitor KRAH pipe manufacturing parameters and take corrective action when process deviations occur.
Ensure finished pipes meet required production specifications and quality standards.
Identify production bottlenecks, machine issues, and process abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions.
Enforce workplace safety procedures and good manufacturing practices across the production area.
Maintain production records and communicate production performance, downtime, quality issues, and operational requirements to management.

Required Skills

KRAH Pipe Production: Strong practical knowledge of KRAH pipe manufacturing processes and production operations.
Production Supervision: Ability to supervise manpower, machines, materials, and daily production activities.
Process Monitoring: Ability to monitor production parameters and identify process deviations.
Quality Control: Understanding of production quality requirements and inspection practices applicable to pipe manufacturing.
Production Planning: Ability to coordinate daily production schedules, resources, and output targets.

Preferred Skills

Production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Preventive maintenance coordination.
Production reporting and continuous process improvement.

Work Experience Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in KRAH pipe production in a Production Supervisor role is required . Candidates should have substantial hands-on exposure to supervising pipe manufacturing operations, production processes, manpower, quality, and shop-floor activities.

Education

Minimum: Typical for the role — Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Polymer/Plastics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred: Relevant manufacturing/production qualification.

Additional: Relevant industrial safety or quality certifications are advantageous.
