Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a DCDP to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operation of the station.
- Assist in supporting the Chef de Cuisine in creating and preparing menu items and specials.
- Check and complete mise en place and set-up of the station.
- Complete daily requisitions utilizing available systems.
- Communicate with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs regarding menu items, situations or shortages.
- Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.
- Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
- Maintain a safe working environment and report any accident immediately.
