Introduction

Trifactor Creative is seeking a high-performing Growth Account Executive to drive new business revenue within franchise brands and multi-location enterprises. This is not a transactional sales role. We partner with CMOs, Heads of Franchise Development, and executive leadership teams to deliver strategic, retainer-based video marketing solutions that drive measurable growth. If you are confident generating your own pipeline, leading consultative conversations, and closing high-value engagements — this role is built for you.

What You Will Own

Generate qualified discovery meetings with franchise and enterprise decision-makers
Build and manage a strong pipeline in HubSpot
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on growth outcomes
Close $25K–$100K+ retainer-based engagements
Manage full sales cycles (60–120 days)
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with strategy and production teams for seamless onboarding
Represent Trifactor in key industry events and meetings

Consistent outbound prospecting and relationship-building
Strong pipeline creation and accurate forecasting
Confident presentation of strategic marketing solutions
Revenue growth aligned with company goals
Long-term client partnerships (not one-off projects)

Who You Are

4+ years of B2B sales experience (mid-market or enterprise preferred)
Proven track record closing $20K+ deals
Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, media, or professional services
Comfortable navigating 60–120 day consultative sales cycles
Confident engaging VP and C-level decision-makers
Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
Proactive, self-directed, and performance-driven

Preferred:

Experience with franchise or multi-location brands
Background in SaaS (HubSpot, Salesforce ecosystem) or agency sales

What We Offer

Base salary: $60K
Uncapped commission structure
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90K–$130K

Education

BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
