Working week -9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Possible start date - immediately

6.00 per hour

The interesting and varied role will include a range of administrative duties including:

To arrange property viewings with prospective tenants/buyers.

To shadow colleagues when they carry out property viewings with prospective buyers.

To book in market appraisals for prospective vendors.

To answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries.

To meet and greet customers that come into the office.

To carry out administrative tasks including undertaking floorplans, typing brochures, collating property marketing descriptions and editing photographs.

Promote our properties within the local area to prospective vendors and purchasers

Assist in marketing.

Canvassing for new business.

Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
