Manager (Operations) - Precast Division - EAMCO

The Prospective candidate will be responsible for the efficient organization and management of Precast Concrete division and will endeavor for the consolidation and enlarging the scope of the precast concrete Business in Bahrain. The selected candidate shall be a Bachelor of Engineering Degree holder in Civil Stream, with at least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity managing a division of more than 200 multinational employees including engineers, skilled and unskilled personnel. His experience shall be in Precast Production, Design, Quality control, contracting, delivery and erection management, site management etc. He should also be an experienced Contracts Manager in Drawing up/ negotiating civil project contracts. He shall be a dynamic leader, strong in interpersonal skills and excellent in communication.
