Job Overview
Zayani Motors is seeking a dedicated and professional CRM Representative to join our expanding team. Based in Bahrain, this Full-Time position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company with a strong local foundation and a global vision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships across our diversified industries, including automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organised individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective relationship management.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Manage and maintain customer data within our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
* Develop and implement strategies to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
* Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for service improvement and business development.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer engagement.
* Generate regular reports on CRM activities, customer interactions, and key performance metrics.
* Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and to gather valuable feedback.
* Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition. Qualifications
* Proven experience in a CRM, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
* Strong proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to solve problems effectively.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
