Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be at the forefront of ensuring a clean, inviting, and well-maintained environment for our guests. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and memorable experience through meticulous attention to detail, effective team leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring effective coordination, motivation, and adherence to established standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public areas, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee cleanliness standards meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff, emphasizing best practices, safety protocols, and exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory efficiently to meet operational needs and budget constraints.
• Guest Interaction: Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Communication: Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments, fostering open communication for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of housekeeping operations and service standards.
• Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and effectively manage a diverse housekeeping team.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic , with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational challenges, take appropriate action, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage daily housekeeping operations, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Quality & Service Focus: Commitment to delivering consistently high standards of housekeeping service while ensuring compliance with hotel policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
