Position: Helpdesk and IT Support Services
Employment Type: Secondment/Outsourcing
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Location: Bahrain
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk and technical support to users.
- Receive, log, prioritize and follow up on IT incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues .
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment .
- Install and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Outlook/email .
- Assist with user account, access and permission-related issues.
- Provide onsite technical support for meetings, conferences and events etc.
- Maintain accurate records of reported issues and solutions.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and provide timely technical updates.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required.
- Support IT operations in line with established ITIL/service management and information security practices .
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field .
- Previous experience in IT Technical Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support .
- Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems and SLA-based support is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
