A Waitress (or Server) is the face of the restaurant. The primary goal is to provide an exceptional dining experience by managing the flow of service, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

1. Customer Service & Hospitality

• Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and escort them to their tables.

• Payment Processing: Prepare final bills, process cash or card payments, and return change or receipts accurately.

3. Operational Duties

• Side Work: Perform opening and closing tasks, such as rolling silverware, refilling salt/pepper shakers, and cleaning menus.
• Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area remains tidy and follow all health and safety protocols regarding food handling.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff (BOH) and fellow servers to ensure smooth service during "rushes."
