While Xenia bar and lounge is offering exotic cocktails and bar food with live night entertainment daily. Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain is well known for its award-winning Friday Brunch.

The award-winning European Rimal spa, features 12 treatment rooms, including single treatment suites, one double female suite and two traditional Turkish hammam suites with their own steam rooms and heated wet tables. Rimal Spa is the only spa that offers non-surgical CACI Synergy machines in the Kingdom. All treatment rooms are designed to the highest standards and have private showers.

Job Description

As a member of our Team you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our valued guest in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests expectations.

You will; 

• Welcome customers warmly in to the business

• Work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
• Deliver an excellent quality experience across leisure, food and beverage
• Provide an outstanding level of service through selling
• Ensure you proactively comply with all regulation, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety and safer gambling
• Immaculate operational standards in all areas of food & beverage
• To follow Restaurant and Bar policies, procedures and service standards
• To have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• To have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive attitude
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
• Previous experience working in a Food & Beverage role
• Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience
• Ability to build lasting relationships with our customers.
• Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
• Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends 
• Fluent in English
