Key Roles and Responsibilities

Overall Business Management

Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure smooth business functioning.

Hotel and Hospitality Management

Apply hotel management experience to improve service quality and operational standards.

Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Manage guest relations, customer complaints, and service recovery.

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.

Ensure proper coordination between departments and operational teams.

Financial Management

Prepare and monitor annual budgets, operational expenses, and revenue targets.

Control costs and identify opportunities to increase profitability.

Review financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Monitor business performance against established targets.

Human Resources and Staff Management

Supervise department heads and ensure effective team performance.

Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, staff performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant management experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Previous experience in a senior management position, such as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, budgeting, and staff management.

Proven leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in business development, sales, and operational planning is an advantage.
