Job Description
Woodly Concept is seeking a dynamic Sales & Interior Designer to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be both a creative designer and a confident communicator, capable of managing walk-in clients and social media leads from start to finish — from concept development to production coordination. This role requires someone passionate about custom-made furniture and interior fit-outs, with strong technical skills and a modern design sensibility.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with walk-in clients and leads from social media platforms
Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored interior design solutions
Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D presentations aligned with client needs and Woodly Concept’s design standards
Prepare shop drawings and production drawings for custom furniture and fit-out projects
Coordinate closely with the factory and production teams to ensure accurate execution
Create mood boards, material selections, and technical specifications
Support in pricing, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients
Stay up to date with trends in interior design, materials, and finishes
Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth communication across all phases
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field
2–3 years of experience in interior design, ideally in custom furniture or fit-out projects
Previous work experience in a customized furniture showroom is a strong plus
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max; familiarity with Revit, Lumion, or Twinmotion is a plus
Strong design visualization and technical drawing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented
Must be willing to work Saturdays; working days are Saturday to Thursday
