Job Description

Responsible for providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, including handling highly confidential and sensitive matters, to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Organize daily incoming correspondence, assess and respond appropriately.

Compose and prepare routine correspondence; interpret documents and correspondence as requested.

Prepare, assemble, and distribute reports and documents.

Receive and screen all incoming calls, provide information, or refer matters to appropriate personnel.

Establish and maintain filing systems, records, and databases of business contacts; follow up on pending items.

Arrange meetings and take minutes.

Ensure relevant information is communicated to all parties involved.

Organize documents needed by the Executive Chef.

Handle culinary staff attendance records.

Maintain and update the culinary notice board.

Order office stationery supplies.

Supervise and coordinate staff activities.

Administer salaries and determine leave entitlements.

Participate in staff training, development, assessments, and promotions.

Follow all company policies and procedures.
